Why We Give
Giving is an act of worship and gratitude to God. At Zion AME Church, we believe our tithes and offerings honor God, strengthen our ministries, preserve our historic church, and help us serve our neighbors in the name of Christ. Scripture teaches us to bring God our first and best. Many members practice tithing as a joyful expression of faith while also giving offerings as the Lord leads. Whether you're a longtime member or visiting for the first time, we invite you to give prayerfully, generously, and cheerfully.
